INVERTED DESIGN

A tripod built from the ground up...literally. We shifted the legs around putting the thinner sections at the top which puts the twist locks right at your fingertips and out of the dirt

The inverted design of the 22i makes this tripod more rigid than any other 2 or 3 series tripod

New twist locks with an improved knurling pattern for better feel on the skin, and integrated wipers to keep particles out of the locking mechanism, providing better resistance to the elements

COMPATIBILITY

The TVC-22i is compatible with the Anvil-30 ARC and TA-2-APF platfrom adapter. It is also compatible with any of the universal leveling bases.

  • New  collets replace the old locking gibbs, reducing lock engagement to half the travel to lock and unlock faster with less effort
  • New O-rings help keep threads clean and smooth while providing better tactile feedback
  • New vented clevis design allow legs to collapse faster without pressure buildup
  • New threaded sockets on the sides of the apex provide better placement for accessories like QD (Quick Detach) attachments or a BC-18
  • Less tools to carry when changing apex accessories; the 2 and 3 Series SureGrip (TVC models only) now uses the same 5/32” hex key you likely have stored on your RRS plate
