RRS-LOCK SYSTEM
THE SYSTEM
The RRS-LOCK System adds unique safety-stop features which are built in both a mounting rail and quick-release clamp that adhere to the RRS 1.5” Standard. The advantage of the system is the user has multiple “hard-stop” positions along the rail while retaining smooth edges and corners for maximum ergonomics and a snag-free interface that is inherently resistant to wearing down
PIN
The RRS-LOCK system is built around an always ready to engage safety pin. The pin engages into an RRS-LOCK compatible rail or chassis, providing a non-slip interface that solves the problem of friction based clamping
RAIL
RRS-LOCK compatiable rails are an open sourced system that follows the RRS 1.5in standard. The rail is drilled with 5mm indexing holes to create multiple safety stop postions which also help prevent slipping under recoil
COMPATIBILITY
RRS-LOCK is built with compatabilty at the core. RRS-STOP™ rails can be used by any RRS standard clamp. RRS-LOCK Clamps will work with a multitude of other plates or rails, with or without the saftey stops drilled.
*If no RRS-Lock Standard indexing holes are drilled than the saftey stop pin will not function as a safety stop.
RELIABLE
The RRS-LOCK system was specifically designed to endure the rigors of warfare, integrating US-sourced, high-performance materials that are CNC machined and assembled in the U.S. The clamps are built to withstand a brutal drop-test at 40 ft-lbs of energy onto concrete in direct shear (with the clamp closed) and still maintain full functionality

Optimizes a versatile feature set to accommodate the wide array of situational requirements today's precision shooter encounters. The RRS-LOCK design enables single-handed tension adjustment and repositioning while enhancing sightless indexing within the clamp
VERSATILE
The ambidextrous system uses a tool-less, highly adjustable, lever-release system which optimizes a rapid re-positioning process. RRS clamps are compatible with both the 1.5” dovetail standard, as well as Mil-Std 1913/NATO STANAG 4694 Rails. Moreover, the adjustability of the clamp allows compatibility with many other arca-type rails that are not in spec with the RRS 1.5” Dovetail Standard and is backwards compatible with all RRS rails
