In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues within this period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Repairs and Service:
Should your item require repairs or service, please follow these steps for a smooth process:

- A detailed description of the issues
- Your contact information
- Return address
- Proof of purchase
3. Our team checks for incoming repairs daily. Upon receiving your product, we will diagnose the product to identify necessary repairs and assess warranty coverage.
4. A repair case will be generated, outlining the necessary repairs. If a repair quote is requested in the documentation sent with the product, we will provide it before proceeding.
5. Return shipping will be arranged as per your account settings and address, unless specified otherwise.

- Ball Head cleaning: $65
- Clamp cleaning: $45
